Great service and very knowledgeable. I needed my phone repair and like everyone now a day I went around a few stores before decided. The one in the market was very rude and the JX phones store was ok but then I went to Mobile lab, the guys were very welcoming and they were asking me questions to find out what had happened to my phone. Although it was a bit more expensive but I felt confidence and knowing if I have any problem I can come and see them. Highly recommended. Thank you Vito and Royce.

Service was spot on when I had the screen changed on my iPhone 11 Pro a few months back and only cost PS50 and the lad did it in just over half an hour. However I have been in today as the screen needs replacing again only to be told the exact same screen would now be PS90 and no reason given for this. A different member of staff who was completely unhelpful and had no interest whatsoever.
