Wish I could give less than one star. I dropped my laptop at their Gateshead office when it died then wouldn’t turn on, I presumed it was a minor battery issue. I was told it’s completely broken, needs a new motherboard which is risky so I should consider a new laptop then tried to sell me one. I said no, please try and retrieve my data from the hard drive. I was told it’s completely gone and they can’t save it and tried to sell me a laptop again. I had a dodgey feeling so took my laptop to a trusted company further away. My laptop is COMPLETELY FINE. Got it working no bother, nothing wrong with it. This company is a SCAM they just want your money. I don’t believe they even looked at my laptop at all. They are either con men or don’t have a clue what they’re doing, either way AVOID AVOID AVOID

Repair was quick and the cost was cheaper than I anticipated. Great service and good value of money. Sandeep is so polite and welcoming. He carried me along through out the repair and gave me a prompt feedback that it was all sorted.
I would highly recommend and will for sure make use of this service again in the future if need be.
