Great store, went in for an early upgrade as was struggling to sort out anything with EE direct over the phone. Transition to a new phone was instantly made really easy by Lee, excellent customer service. Much prefer dealing face to face with people than discussing contracts with people miles away over the phone.

Ben, Chris and Derrick all legends as well, sorted my mate out with a solid new contract and phone upgrade.

Friendly store, great atmosphere, sound staff, highly recommend and well worth a visit for anything to do with your phone contract.

Awful customer service, awful service, sales team sneak products, like a tablet, in as ‘freebies’ and don’t explain theres a monthly fee and contract. My mum in her 70s was stung by this and when we brought it to their attention they blamed past employees and said ‘we can only deeply apologise’ meanwhile they act like EE headquarters is nothing to do with their job, and vice versa. No refund offered, nothing. Both my mum and I left to go to a Sim only plans with another company. These huge corporations are no better than criminals

Ben, Chris and Derrick helped me while Lee helped my mate change our contracts and upgrade our plans. Top lads great job, saved us both a lot of money.

A mate of ours (Olly) told us these were the boys to go to after he had an issue talking to the customer services over the phone.

Don’t hesitate to walk in store and ask for a better plan than you are already on because they are all more than happy to sort you out.

Only complaint was the seagull who stole half my subway on the way out.
