Mike is friendly, honest and very professional. He fitted a new battery in 40 mins but unknown to himself must have accidentally damaged an incredibly tiny wire when putting the screen back on. Just an unlikely random chance accident. On finding out that the fingerprint sensor had stopped working due to that tiny wire he immediately replaced the whole screen with a new one (that wire is part of the screen unit apparently) and put a screen protector on the phone too all at his expense and with no fuss. Great service and great result. The phone is like new. Very trustworthy. Very highly recommend.
Absolutely stunning service! My completely destroyed iPhone screen was replaced and the phone working like new again within the hour. Great customer service and a really confidence inspiring workshop, modern, spacious and clean. Having issues with an 13 max pro screen that had previously been repaired somewhere else. Was explained to why I was having issues and what level of repair would be better to stop having problems. Amazing service fitted me in with no issue and got the phone back with an amazing repair with in a couple of hours. Can’t recommend enough.
