This businesses service is ridiculous…ly GOOD!!!

I went on a Saturday afternoon because my phone had not been charging properly from Friday morning. As my car had also been crashed into and written off on Thursday the last thing I needed was for my phone to go too!

When I entered there was two ladies ahead of me (who seemed very pleased as well) so I was about to go into queuing mode but a staff member came out from his office to assist straight away.

He diagnosed the problem within about 10 seconds and had fixed it in about 2 minutes. I think I probably spent less than 5 minutes total in this store. (And half of that was me blabbering on like I am here)

Sure it was a small thing but this service goes a long long way!
Not to mention it was very reasonably priced also!

This review might be absurd but these guys aren’t!

Amazing service – fixed my dead iPad in less than 30 minutes after I’d spent 2 days trying everything I could find online. The staff were lovely, very knowledgeable, polite and pleasant with no pressure to replace the device instead of repairing it and didn’t even charge me as it was a software issue. Really appreciate their help and will definitely remember them for anything similar in future. Nearby parking in Jubilee car park was 60p per hour and had plenty of space even on a Saturday afternoon.

Over the last five years or so I have had so many phones repaired by these guys. I might even consider myself their best customer. I can’t say enough how impressed I am with their customer service in terms of speed, and effectiveness. They even repaired, my last screen for free saying that it was under warranty, even though I had dropped it. All round nice people, easy to work with and efficient.
