Took my partner’s laptop to another repair shop in town about a month ago, they said it would cost PS30 for a diagnostic and ultimately said it needed a screen replacement which they couldn’t find- so gave it back. Found Dave through his highly rated service and by god did it show! Took a proper look at the hardware and found with a real diagnostic that it was actually an issue with one of the RAM sticks. Quick response, full transparency and even cleaned it (which was much needed), also helped me find the software for it that I myself had been searching for for ages. Very lovely gentleman and is top on my list of people to go to when needing any help with my own PC by far. Thank you, Dave 🙂
