Tim came to my house to install a speedy laptop for a great value service.
Disappointing service following issues after 5 months with my laptop. I have omitted details out of respect, but basically I had an issue with password and Tim attended was wanting to charge me in access of PS60. Further details if required.

I’ve been using Tim Owen for years. He is punctual and reliable. No job to small for him to get me going again on the internet. I don’t know where these negative reviews have come from but they do not describe Tim’s character. Don’t hesitate to call him out and get everything fixed while you relax!
Trust Tim implicitly. He supplied me a laptop during the pandemic and was very good at hand washing and social distancing. No problem phased him. I have moved house a lot and he’s always happy to help with my broadband connection issues. Don’t hesitate to call him.
