My experience was very poor one. That doesnt necessarily reflect the store. Perhaps it was bad luck. However it was enough to put me.off returning to the store. I queued outside like everyone else to buy a laptop. The staff were on it and the queue wait wasnt too long.

A blonde haired woman approached the front of the queue and asked were there any business customers. No-one answered but she appeared to recognise the 2 women in front of me and came down to chat. In the middle of the conversation she said ‘ahh come in with me’ and ushered them to the front of the queue and inside. The rest of us looked each other as if ‘what’s that about?’ By the time I was at the top of the queue I asked one of the assistants who said she was a business manager so the must have been business customers. I said they were and just repeated over and over that they were and business customers blah blah.

I saw her inside with them chatting at the washing machines and they didnt come across as business customers.

I went to the laptop section and eventually came away with no purchase. There were several assistants walking about. Some people approached them & in turn the assistants approached people. No one made any attempt to come over to help me. I walked around and around until I needed to go. I have a disability and use a stick. I couldnt stand about any longer.

As I say it could have been bad luck but I’m annoyed manager ushered her buddies in, the assistant thought I was thick and repeated the same thing over and over. Then I couldnt even get anyone to help me. My budget was PS1000 and I could have paid cash or card.

I think I’ll find a better store .

negative experience with this company. Absolutely not customer-oriented… ordered a new refrigerator for a new home. Everything was planned to receive it on time. As a result, we received a damaged refrigerator. There are two large stains on the front door. As soon as we discovered the stains, we contacted them for an exchange. Three days have passed, no news… In our new house, where we moved in, there is a damaged refrigerator that we cannot use and that is waiting for an exchange. Regarding the new refrigerator, no one can give information about when it will be… it’s just some kind of horror and shame. No one apologized to us and how am I supposed to live without a refrigerator? how and where should I store products? will the company refund me for the damaged products, time and nerves?…no one bears any responsibility. we never received any information. three times we spoke on the phone about this situation and each time told everything from the beginning … better stay away

I called in to see the ovens as ours had stopped working, I walked in and I was just left for the perfect amount of time before I was asked did I need any assistance, I would normally say no thank you and do my own thing but I said yes and told the salesman (Paul) what I was after and I’m glad I did because the knowledge this man had and the friendly manor it was delivered was second to none. I would definitely recommend Currys my experience was great.
