It was our fault the iPad became locked, Apple Support made an appointment with our local I Store as to sort it needed a computer. Sylvester greeted us warmly with a big smile. He quickly established the extent of the problem, did not use technical jargon, and reassured us it would be fixed. He took us through some essential questions and said he would be in touch when it was all fixed. True to his word, I received a message saying we could pick it up. He then patiently, took us through setting it up, how to transfer only the things we wanted from our old iPad and security information, particularly helpful. I cannot praise, or thank, Sylvester enough. He was extremely knowledgeable , professional, friendly and has the gift of taking non technical people through what they need to know, without being condescending. An experience we were dreading was pleasant, helpful and we came away more knowledgeable then when we went in. All thanks to Sylvester.

I was very impressed with the service. Jasmine helped me with the purchase of a new iPad, she was very helpful and explained the options. I was worried about the data transfer from my old iPad but this was no problem to her and she completed this in around 10 minutes. This is a great store, they are always willing to help.
