Trustworthy, very helpful and excellent service. I will only use this company. My iPhone camera needed a new lens. I orginally took it into town centre to get it repaired as they told me it would be done in 30mins. They botched it and the camera was worse off, the person who repaired it tried to say it was an issue with the camera settings despite us turning the phone off when we handed it in to them and they turned it on during their repair. I disputed with the person for sometime and then I actually called Wes for advice. Wes advised me on what the issue was, and told me he could repair it. I had not paid Wes anything at this point and he was not obliged to answer my call or even advise me, yet he did. After leaving the town centre further issues happened to the camera. I messaged Wes late in the evening and he replied back promptly, diagnosed the issue and told me what repair needed to be done. I dropped the phone off on the weekend and it was done within a few hours on the same day. Excellent customer service.

Just had my iPad battery replaced by Wes , he has done a fantastic job keeping me informed as he went along. Super fast turnaround. Had a couple of iPads that seemed beyond hope, repaired and the results were outstanding. Both looked and worked as good as new when I got them back and the repairs were done the same day. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Well worth a chat if you have a problem electronic device.
