After hours on the phone with Go Daddy and at the O2 store, who sold me a new phone as they couldn’t get their heads around the issue, I popped in to buy a charger (which the O2 store didn’t sell me) for my new phone. Paul offered to have a look at my old phone, and solved the issue in 4 minutes.

Could not have been happier with the service from Knutsford IT when they recently repaired a broken screen on my daughters mobile. Friendly, quick and well priced.
