Original review: Left a pair of Nintendo Switch joy-cons at OLL gaming cafe for pickup and repair by CRS. Controllers were quickly repaired and returned to OLL for me to collect.
CRS kept me well informed about the status of the repair, notifying me by email when parts had been ordered to fix the issue with the controllers. They called to advise about another issue that I wasn’t aware of, explaining what else was wrong and making sure I was happy for further repairs to be done before going ahead with it.
Joy-cons are now back in working condition, good as new!
Prices are very reasonable. An excellent and convenient way to get your console repairs done. Highly recommend.
