Recently used Ben to clean up and speed up my 6 year old Lenovo laptop. Extremely pleased with the results and with the clear instructions from Ben and the speed of his service. I got my laptop back in a couple of days. My wife also purchased a reconditioned Dell laptop from Ben at a very reasonable price and she is absolutely delighted with it. Lucky to have him on our doorstep and would not hesitate to use him again if we have any tech issues.

7 Year old fanless pc couldn’t run win 11. Ben changed motherboard and processer in what is a very cramped space inside the box; loaded and set up win11, got office working and set up independent back up. He also got my elderly printer working like new. All running perfectly and speedily and all for a very reasonable labour charge. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend him.
