If there was an option to click more than 5 Stars I would! I have a Windows based laptop (a few years old now) that was painfully slow starting up. I was tempted to junk it through frustration!

I emailed Keith one evening recently and the very next he responded. I then phoned and explained the problem and Keith filled me with confidence that the issue could easily be resolved. I dropped the laptop off that same day. If it had of been critical Keith would have prioritised my job and would have been able to complete it the same day.

Had some screen issues with my laptop, nothing major but wanted to get it fixed Incase I no longer had a working screen. Keith went to the bother of checking connections before going for the expensive option (replacing the screen), but I ended up replacing the screen anyway. The service was very quick and quite cheap too! He even ordered in the correct screen type as he did not have any at hand!
