Went there through recommendation, took two towers there for a possible rebuild as not used in say ten years, left with them to look at possibilities of, said be approx 2weeks or so was fine with me as not used for the latter another few weeks on top wasn’t going to hurt, missed calls due to my phone settings till caught a email and contacted them they said hard to reach said phone settings and security, gave me two quotes said go for first quote, picked towers up set up new one when got home all working great more things to download and software to update no issues but is very light compared to others that’s technology for you, thanks for the rebuild will be returning soon.

I took pc in as I thought it MIGHT have a virus but took it to be sure. I was told its PS35 deposit and could be up to PS50 IF it had a virus. After a week I went to pick it up and the woman said it had a virus, which I was surprised about. I looked at her when she told me and did not believe her, but I handed over another PS50 and, it was ALL CASH AND GOT NO RECEIPT transaction. I will not go there again and advise anyone with a computer problem to go elsewhere

So I had a laptop that had a broken screen took it in repaired it no problem however found a thumb print on the inside of the screen call them a few months later (due to being off work didn’t need the laptop due to covid 19) them called was told sorry not our problem…. Its a thumb print on the inside of the monitor so 100% not me. Please take your equipment to a reasonable person
