Cannot fault the knowledge and efficiency of the small, local but personal business. Contacted them by a text message over the weekend and by the Monday afternoon my laptop had been given a new lease of life- The owner (Dean) explained the issues prior to performing any additional work and gave me full peace of mind with everything he did- from service, advice and technical know how and cost, I challenge anyone to find better in the Hinckley area- thank you so much
If you ever have an IT-based problem, you should definitely see Dean. He is professional and conscientious and gets the job done in no time at all. He is also very honest and reliable. Please support small businesses like Dean’s as the service that you receive is so much better.
Great job of retrieving data from one damaged phone to a new one. I wasn’t sure if it would be possible at all! Dean was really nice and helpful, he even stayed longer after shop closed to finish, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend place to anyone!
