THIS is how an IT Support team should be ! A brilliant service sorting out a problem on laptop which was still under warranty – however the Makers were soooo sloooow to respond or offer any constructive support. When I discovered Concorde it was like a breathe of fresh air. All the members of the support desk at Concorde were brilliant to deal with, friendly, professional, and informative. Even when sending the laptop back to me their DPD collection time had been missed but that didn’t stop these guys – one of them dropped off the laptop at the local DPD collection point on his way home.
I won’t name names on here – you know who you are. Many thanks to each of you – you have restored my faith in human nature!
Would I deal with Concorde again? – TOO RIGHT I WOULD !

Had to have the laptop repaired by a “real” computer shop so the insurance would pay. Concorde were amazingly friendly and far more helpful than they had any need to be at all. Massively thankful (and loving my lapotp again). Service desk, engineers and everyone else I spoke to were fantastic 🙂

My wife works here and reports that they are a really good company to work for, she is a cleaner here and says that they are all really friendly and helpful and she feels part of the Concorde family after only working here a couple of months
