My 2nd experience of using Switch and once again I have been impressed with their service. Sought advice for replaing my all in one PC and they did this professionally and supported me in the process after explaining our business needs. Personable, friendly and professional. James was outstanding in his service in the transition from old to new and went out of his way to ensure that everything was set up and running as it should be. Due to no fault of my own, I had a computer problem that I didn’t know how to fix and was advised to phone Switch Computer Support for help and advice, which I did today. I explained that I am in my eighties and have no idea of what I am doing. I cannot speak highly enough of the telephone service that I was given – time and advice, served with plenty of patience as well as talking me through some very basic things that I hadn’t realized. The hard drive had failed on my HP laptop and I was really worried I was going to lose my photos and documents. James replaced the hard drive which turned out to be water damaged and badly corroded plus installed windows and other systems. He repaired the circuit board of the damaged hard drive and retrieved all my data. I was so relieved and by the very reasonable cost; he had clearly spent many more hours on it than he charged me for. Great service and more personal than a big company.
