Disgraceful. Staff have absolutely no clue how to be polite, friendly, or apologetic…0 social skills whatsoever. They have completely messed up the sale of my ps4, sending it off to a depot, making me make unecessary trips to and from the shop. I was told they would send my ps4 back to my home due to their error, they then phone me from ‘unknown caller ID’ and tell me to come and collect it as they wont send it. I’ve been to this CEX 3 times over one sale. To top it off the staff are so rude. They looked as if i had sh*t in their coffee when i was really understanding of the situation, stuff happens, i don’t mind just be decent about it. Very unhappy with this. Won’t use CEX again, would rather sell my stuff myself.

My son loves going in and looking at all the phones and gaming accessories. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and there’s a huge range of computer games for sale for very reasonable prices.
I was having a declutter and came across a lot of old tech like games, consoles and accessories. I traded it all in here and ended up with almost PS200 which I put towards a PC. It was a quick and simple process and I was very happy with the result. Everything comes with a 2 year warranty and they do honour it. I bought a game which didn’t work and when I took it back they gave me a refund with no fuss.

This shop has a wide variety of electronic and gaming accessories for anyone. The shop also deal in DVDs and hardware from controller to laptops and full computers. I would highly recommend this shop as the staff are very helpful and polite the shop is usually busy but they are quick enough to serve you.
