They sold me a Samsung S22 5G phone which keeps switching off more than 10 times in a day. When i went back with this issue they kept it for a week saying they tested it and couldn’t find any issue. i said i will record a video with my other phone and they said it is not ”acceptable evidence”.. What’s more astounding is the manager said the same thing in a different tone. The funny thing is they all hide behind the so called ”company policy”. Now i’m stuck with a PS300 worth of paperweight which is absolutely useless to me. Not to mention that the staff are almost always rude and unpleasant. It is safe to say that the only time i will ever use them is to return their useless product back to them and never visit such an unprofessional place EVER again. If i could give a 0 star i would.

got deadpool delivered by cex last week , game was broken /bot reading so manchester store staff should of checked it for a start, i then made my way to glasgow store and they says yes we will test the game and clean it , i believed what they says and trusted them even though the disc spindel was damaged and some abrasion the the front , i then got home and the game was exactly same , absolutel disgrace obviously didn’t test the game and lied , too busy store so dont think they actually care i then had to go ek today to return and refund. absolutely disgraceful wont be back

A lot of faff for one item. I took in an old Sony PSP, which they quoted me a price of PS37. After about an hour, it was claimed to have been tested, then rejected, as “the battery is not holding its charge – but if the guy bothered to check how a PSP boots up, he’d have realised that you flick the power switch up, and hold it for about 2 seconds, then it powers up. As it is, the battery has 100% charge, and approximate power-on time is around 5 1/2 hours. So much for being tech-savvy!!
