My laptop died, pure and simple, kept trying to get going but no joy, did a bit of googling and with a misdiagnosis kept going, with still no joy… Acceptting defeat I called TM.
No fuss at all, popped down to the shop, Chris took one look at it and figured out what was wrong and how to fix it… Replacing the old broken hard drive and upgrading it too… Faster and with more storage and even better did a data transfer (no easy feat considering the amount of data I had in storage).. All within 24hrs, throughly impressed and would highly recommend, & better and quicker than other high st places I’ve been to in the past (cough, pc. cough, world).

Bad experience with this place. Laptop stopped working so I took it to him to be fixed. Long story short, the following weekend came around and he still hadn’t fixed it so I asked to have it back. He provided it back – no fix, no fee.

5 minutes after picking it up I took it straight to a different repair place, turned out it just needed the SSD replaced. The new repair place returned it, all fixed, the next working day. Either this guy didn’t do anything with my laptop for the entire week or he doesn’t know how to fix a straight forward problem.

My ageing Lenovo desktop finally lay down and refused to get up. Daniel diagnosed the problem, sourced, fitted and tested a pre-owned motherboard for 2 hours labour + the part. Hope I don’t need him v often but wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks D.
