Ive used them plenty of times over the years and they never let me down. As an example today I called in to ask an a problem with my charging port. Damon sorted it in 2 minutes! No charge. Whether you are living for a phone or just for a fix, give them a try.
Went in because my phone charger would always fall out. I’d cleaned it out at home, but clearly not very well because the gentleman cleaned it out for me and now it works perfectly. Free of charge too! I know it was a simple job but he has a business to run and it took having the correct tools and a few minutes of his time to do so he could easily have asked for PS5/PS10, very generous to do it for free.
Brilliant service, I thought my phone was buggered, they fixed it, cleaned it up fitted me a new screen protector all in under 24hrs. Highly recommended, will be my go to for all my phone problems from now on.
