I’ve been here a few times and had a good experience with the guy who helped me. However recently I went in for some advise and the guy in there was very rude there was no need for the attitude I received. I dont know much about computers and to be spoken to the way I was wasn’t right. Honestly I won’t be going back here! Much nicer and helpful in the other shop in town.
Outstanding service as usual. Have used this business ever since it opened. Always get excellent advise. Sean is great with us “older not technically minded folk” Will always give free advise & is not bent on making a sale. Contacted SG Computing about repairing a broken mobile phone. Although, they weren’t able to carry out the repair themselves, they were more than happy to recommend the best place to fix my particular phone model.
