Complete joke of a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Sent the wrong charger without asking me, saying don’t worry, it won’t harm your mac. Ridiculous. Clearly trying to get rid of old nasty stock on unsuspecting customers. When I sent it back for a refund, there was no refund to be had and instead they sent a different charger! I had already bought a replacement and need a refund but they have falsely LIED and said that I asked for this one to be sent out, claiming I spoke to a colleague?! Disgusting.

I’m outraged at the brazen falsifications proposed by this company. I wanted to support an independent business instead of just buying off the evil Amazon but I will never be doing so again. Complete crooks. If I could leave 0 start I would.

BEWARE! These guys are rip-off merchants. I paid PS390 for a refurbished MacBook Air in July 2022. By September 2022 the baterry was totally gone – it lasts about 60 mins on full charge at the most, and then loses power in huge increments – it will show something like 30% and suddely jump to 0%, or just switch of completely. According to my order confirmation, it comes with 6 months warranty. I’ve rung them several times – always goes straight to answerphone, I’ve left voicemails, I’ve emailed several times. They can’t even be bothered to respond to any of my attempts to get in touch, which either means they are totally incompetent, or avoiding my problem, or probably both. So don’t risk getting caught like me – STAY AWAY!

I bought a replacement charger and paid over PS5 for delivery only to be sent the wrong one. I was told by staff it will do the job and wont harm my mac…which is a relief..thanks guys. But its massive compared to my old charger. I was then told they dont have any of the chargers I ordered…so why not tell me that before dispatching the wrong thing? I feel like I’ve been sold an item of clothing several sizes too large…it’ll fit and do the job but not what I wanted/ordered. I’m really disappointed with the experience overall, which is a shame, as I really liked the idea of buying second-hand.
