We have a service agreement with Cutec through the company I work for, Turners of Roborough, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly, without any hesitation, to anyone – they are quite simply fantastic to deal with! This afternoon, I managed to destroy the CAT5 cable for my PC when I got the lead caught in the wheel of my chair, so I called Cutec and within 5 minutes, Chris was here to fix the problem! That is service over and beyond in my book and I cannot thank them enough because without my PC, like for most people these days, I just cannot function! Do yourselves a favour and take out a monthly service agreement – when you have a disaster like mine it will pay for itself in a heartbeat.
