I have had to to come in here to forward to yourselves to whomever can sort this out.You see that your constant 3 missed payments nus in my credits score and any payments that ammounted to three payments came to an end if a three month plan cancelled in the i2 phone shop in Plymouth prime mark branch.i can’t go into this branch again because of the staff behaviour,at the time I’m was said to be banned and not allowed into the shop again.Can you please take this off my credit score as if immediate effect and please make a statement of a plainky misunderstanding to this immediate effect to rectify my credit score in my favour,as I’m quite innocent to the terrible consequences that is occurring with this in my credits score .If you recall my visit I was last in the phone if the ship to close anything active ad i recuevef a ketter to go in the shop to cancel the plan if it was not required after the said 3 months was paid for which it was and that’s not the issue I think the issue is the staff thinking to do thisto my credit score

For a month I have had nothing but problems. What I was hoping to be a simple transfer after a bereavement they made me register as a new customer charging me almost triple than the original price for 3 phones. Went into store as advised by bereavement contact centre but they were not able to help me at all so just gave me a phone to use this happened three times. Companies need to realise that some people like to deal with things face to face and not over he phones all the time. .After all the stress of everything I have been trying to change operators and now after 02 has messed up with my pac codes I am now waiting another week to get everything resolved as my old number got deleted.

Ended my contract and they limited my access on my O2 account so I can no longer pay my bill online. One contact number that they gave me to call did not work and the other number I’ve been sat on hold to for hours and noone has answered. It’s me that gets in trouble for not paying my bill and you have made it impossible for me…….will never use O2 again and this bett
er not effect my credit score. You need to rectify this, I can’t even contact a human to advice further.

Just noticed many similare reviews and even the replies to those are robotic and unhelpful.
