Disorganised chaos. AVOID!
What a twisted tale of woe dealing with these people was. I enquired over the phone about a battery replacement for a Google Pixel 5. Sure, said the technician. Bring it in and we can do that for you.
When we arrived we were told that they couldn’t actually do the repair straight away. They would have to order the battery! So we paid PS65 and agreed to return the following Saturday. During the week we had a call changing our appointment to Sunday.
When arriving on Sunday we were told that the guy who does Pixel phones was off sick. (No apology for not calling us to save us coming in) I asked if anyone else could do the repair but they admitted they didn’t even know where the battery was.
So we got our refund and left in disgust. Now it’s up to you folks if you want to take your phone to these cowboys. But why bother when there are far more professional outfits lining the streets of Plymouth.

A week ago I went to the shop with my dad to get him a new phone and tablet the shop helped my dad out and made his day
Today I went in to get my phone sorted out the block was very nice kind and honest with me so I asked for a case and screen protection. A lovely woman called sanah took care of me it took less than 10 min to get it done and thay even cleared my phone foe me .
100% recommended and I will be useing then again
I was gifted a mobile phone and I’m not very savvy with technology. However the gentleman behind the counter was so very helpful listening to what I wanted, I left y phone with him and was asked to return in 2hrs. I did and all was as I hoped. I would be very happy to return.
