My iPhone 11 Pro Max screen suddenly went dark and the Apple logo kept flashing on and off. My phone is my life and I was beside myself. I found 5 local companies and rang them all at 8am and left vms. Jan rang me back within minutes said she and Richard would come and get my phone by 11.30am. They took it away and kept me informed as to what the problem was. Richard was able to get a new ear speaker cable and proximity sensor the next day and they had my precious phone all fixed in two days! Cost PS70 all in. What a dynamic duo. They were very clear about what they can and can’t do (my MAC needs help) and upfront about the cost. You couldn’t meet a nicer couple who understand how upsetting it is when our phones go wrong and can’t afford to take their phones to Apple. Thank you so much Jan & Richard. I am very grateful. Screen repair urgently needed on I phone 13. . .Lots of phone repair people couldn’t help but luckily were directed to Jan and Richard late on Monday night. You know when you find someone you can truly trust to do what they say? This is Jan and Richard! Jan calmly arranged to come to our home the next day and when they arrived Richard had replaced the screen and solved the problem in under 15 minutes. .
