My grandad was recommended this shop by Vodafone (Next door) his old flipphone was playing up (no sound when being called) and just wanted a cheap phone to replace it. He went in to the shop they told him his old phone can’t be repaired and sold him a very basic phone. I stopped in his house on the way home from work (I live in Somerset) he was having trouble with his new phone. I take the phone to find centre button and top buttons don’t work at all. I take the back cover of to find it full of dirt and fluff battery’s plastic pulled of. Basically they had sold my grandad a broken old phone for full price hoping they’ll never hear from him again. I looked at his original phone to find out it had been accidentally put on silent. Grandad is now back using his original phone just PS30 lighter.

This place was amazing. I needed a new phone case and screen protector for my iphone 12 pro and i was not sure which one, as i needed a protective case. The staff helped me, picking out a really good case that i love. They also put on a good quality screen protector that looks stylish and sleek. They even gave me discounts, as the phone case cost PS15 and he gave it to me for 10, save with the screen protector, costing PS30 and getting it for PS15. I am very happy with my purchases, thank you guys!!

Absolutely fantastic really helpful and patient with my mum. O2 had no idea why her phone had stop working man in shop explained and no pressure to buy new. We went back to o2 to get new phone as that is where she always gets good service but had nothing in stock no idea when getting anything in so went back the man sold us new phone transfer everything over no problems.
