I just want to say thank you so so much Julieann from my son and myself.
Part of our DJ setup is a Native Instruments Traktor Kontrol S4.

The USB port was damaged(pins bent flat) so I sourced a genuine replacement for it though I needed someone to desolder the old port and solder in the replacement port.

I would not name any other businesses but I will say that those that I approached were either not interested nor would answer their phones, reply to texts etc(and I’m not doing a ‘Karen’ here, I’m just being honest).

Julieann was beyond helpful, prompt, professional and easy to pay.

I trusted her with something that means alot to me and I assure anyone that requires some electronic repair work done, ‘The Worx’ is the place for you(and for me should I require it).

Note: I was able to leave the controller with her after 7 in the evening and collect it around that time too which meant it didn’t effect my work commitments, what more could you ask for. And that’s us back to banging out the tunes..

don’t recommend bringing iphones to this place. she can fix it but later you’ll need to fix it again. because she puts fake i phone parts and i phone system doesn’t recognise them and the phone starts to stop working. she changes you for the second repair, but the phone still stops working after few hours.
P.S. **** scammers

Highly recommended. Replaced battery in an iPhone quickly and at a very fair price, excellent communication and helpful service. She is flexible with customers arranging times for drop off and collection of the phone rather than a rigid 9-5 which is also a really good service
