Very unhappy with the service provided.
My father went into the shop as his phone wasn’t charging and left having been talked into signing a contract which waives rights to a cooling off period (he didn’t understand this terminology). The exact same contract in terms of data etc was available after a quick internet search Direct from 3 for PS10 less a month and with a free handset. Despite this, they asked for an additional PS100 up front.
When I went in with him the next day to address this, they said they saw my point about poor value for money and offered a tablet in addition to the phone. We accepted as he could not cancel under the usual cooling off period.
After this, when he went to pick up the new phone, they asked him to come back several times over several days as it wasn’t ready. They then kept his old phone (which actually did charge with a different cable) while they waited for his new phone to arrive. He was without a phone for 4 days. The media which they said would be transferred is not all present on his new phone. They told him that they keep his old phone as part of the deal.

It feels like the salespeople saw him coming in terms of age and vulberability, did not give a reasonable service or a reasonable price. Deeply unhappy and will ensure I warn all friends and family away.
Absolute shambles, took my iPad in as the screen was cracked , that was the only thing wrong, it was fully working, first of all the wrong colour screen was ordered, to which I said it’s ok, please just fix the crack, then ‘apparently’ the screen isn’t working at all, cannot type. Then over TWO weeks later, I have been trying to get my iPad back every couple of days and I got the same answer, ‘it still isn’t working’ ‘don’t know what is wrong with it’

Which means someone has tried numerous times to get into my iPad before I picked it up. Th screen looks like it’s been glued together, bits all around the outside and scratches all over the back. From my experience PLEASE DONT USE THIS SHOP. All for PS130! Cheers!

Stay away these people are SCAMMERS! I took my phone here to get it fixed – i was told that it was completely broken and unfixable – with little explanation as to why? the man then went on to try and sell me another phone and contract. in fact this is all he really seemed interested in as soon as i entered the shop. I then took my phone to the store in Backwell and they have fixed it for a good price. Basically dont use this shop for fixing phones – they sell phones they dont fix them.
