Poor customer service. Warranty that is advertised in big prominent wording is superseded by small terms and conditions showing battery only actually covered if it works for less than 30 minutes. Any more and it was not covered even if it works for 40 minutes. Not covered. Laptops advertised as if they were refurbished like brand new except a few minor marks. When in actuality when you ring to raise issues the first thing they state is the laptop is 7 years old and the battery is what it is. Admitted he was surprised the battery was a good as it was. Also hard drive not fitted properly or secured/screwed in place. they sent me new screws and had me remove computer back and screw hard drive in myself. Hard to believe they checked / tested the computer worked when it didn’t.

Bought a surface book 2 from them to use as a midrange gaming machine – but I was sold a faulty one, where temperatures are always high and the system lags when simply multitasking.
They now refuse to refund, exchange, or even repair, because it’s now out of warranty.

Absolutely terrible company. Sent me a laptop that looks like it had survived 2 wold wars, it was broken and very worn. Then they expect me to automatically know that there was a warranty period without telling me. Worst company ever to deal with.
