Requested a battery change which he said he could do.
After 40 minutes he said he couldn’t do it as the phone needed backing up, he put everything back together and the screen was flickering, to be fair he changed the screen but wanted to charge. It wasn’t until I stood my ground he agreed to do it free. He tried 2 batteries neither worked although he tried to send me on my way that it was ok! It was all fine until I questioned his motives and he realised I wouldn’t accept his false assurances. He just wanted me out the shop!

He took my husbands number to call today to go to Rhyl to fix the phone at his other shop as they had a different type of battery, I knew he had no intention of fixing the phone. No call today and now keep getting alerts that the battery is faulty, even though he said it was fine and to trust him as he had been doing it for years! Absolute garbage of a business!
Went with a working phone now it’s faulty!
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid -I took my phone in for a damaged charging port on a Friday and told would be ready Monday. Monday arrived part hadn’t arrived, ready tomorrow. Tuesday waiting for another part, Wednesday not ready, Thursday i did get a phonecall saying it wasn’t ready then Friday i went again and it wasn’t ready. I got my phone back on the Saturday – now even more damaged than when i originally bought it in. My phone was no longer useable in any capacity. Shocking way to run a business!

Was told it would be ready in 2 days. Went back 4 days later, still wasn’t ready.
He they told me 3 days, came back, still wasn’t ready. He dragged it out over 2 weeks, eventually went to collect it and he’s bent screen suround!! So it doesn’t sit flush with the screen, and doesn’t close. Also cracked the back of it!!
Absolutely furious!
