Initially customer service was good. A lovely advisor helped me. However, on subsequent visits to the store, advisors seemed disinterested with my queries. I felt that between the time of my initial purchase of a PAYG phone some months ago and my query regarding my monthly tariff, they had changed their “sales pitch” and told me that I had purchased something completely different. Shame, as they have lost a very good customer!! I will not be back.
Buyer beware! If you need to purchase from this store, go in with as much knowledge before hand. Shop around first and know what you want.

Visited the store today with a problem I had with memory card and was dealt with by a lovely young man called jact assistant manager. He was fantastic and took the time to solve my problem. Very professional and very helpful and friendly. He explained everything he did with my phone to an old technophobe like me. I cannot thank him enough for all he did for me. Went in to prestatyn and spoke to a young lad who usually works in rhyl. What a credit this lad is to your company. He is polite, helpful and patient. I’m a techno phobe and he spent ages explaining everything to me. I didn’t catch his name but know his dad lives in Turkey. We need more store staff like him.
