Do not go to this place. I picked my phone up after a battery change and my camera had liquid in it and broke. The guy said it’s ‘coincidence’ that my camera broke right after pick up or the ‘rain outside’ may have caused it and wouldn’t admit it. A battery replacement costs PS60 but only around PS80 at Apple who will do a proper job so please don’t make the same mistake. A battery change ended up costing me a new phone for PS650, PS60 for the battery and PS280 to replace the camera. Joke of a place. Save yourself the risk of forking out extra cash, I learnt the hard way!
I went in to see them about having my screen repaired and they were really nice guys.
My phone needed the part ordering-in which they did in good faith and they kept me up to date on its arrival. As well as bearing with me while I found the opportunity to pop back into the shop.
They fixed it the same day within a couple of hours and we had a nice chat on my return.
The price seemed really reasonable too compared with what I had read online.

SIM 3 replaced a chipped screen and a battery. Since they replaced the screen, black marks have appeared underneath it, three on either side. The new battery lost its charge faster than the one which I’d had for four years, and itself had to be replaced elsewhere the following day. Less importantly, SIM3 told me the job would take two hours but it actually took longer than five. The whole experience was unsatisfactory.
