As others have stated this company is difficult to deal with and are potential scammers and are also completely unprofessional.

I ordered a PC from them on eBay (complete unit as listed), seller emailed stating the item had been dispatched for delivery and also marked the item as dispatched.

After 6 days of no delivery I asked for a Tracking number which they could not provide, they then emailed stating that a component to build the PC (RAM) was out of stock which I found completely unbelievable.

A further 2 days later they emailed stating that the member of staff that assembles the PC’s had fallen ill and there was a further delay…..

Order was cancelled and the appropriate feedback was left.

I am now being harassed by this company in regards to the negative feedback left and I have had no choice but to report to eBay.

Seriously just buy elsewhere!

I was look at parts for a Dell Server and came across Anisa Technologies, the parts I needed where not only a great deal cheaper then any other suppliers. but also arrived far quicker then I expected and well packaged. They helped me with my first server I bought from them even after sales support with the required upgrades I requested, not just by email, but they called me to tell me what to expect.
