Scammers. Took money, pretended to replace part (couldn’t show old part because ‘lost in the bin’). Allegedly brand new charging port was missing the exact amount of pins as original. When questioned how could it be checked which part is which if both are faulty in the exact same way, lied about WDL mark being ‘supplier stamp’. When asked to do a refund, promised to put original back in. It took an explicit request to show that original part does not have ‘supplier stamp’ to get ‘let me be honest, I left the replacement part’. Snooped around photos instead of fixing phone.
Avoid
Had my laptop for 3 weeks ,said he changed the charging ports ,and did not work must be the motherboard ,still no fix ,got aggressive when I went to pick it up from him ,took it round the corner to another shop who opened it in front of me and assured me the charging ports have never been changed ,also said he has a stream of people coming to him from these cowboys ,funny most tell him they advise the motherboard is knackered

Quick and clear with what was happening. Process was done in two days and cost wise was less than what I had thought too. Highly recommend
