TL;DR Workers at this 7G are a bunch of scammers with no integrity whatsoever, and charged me PS150 to replace a phone screen that didn’t need replacing.

Visited in December because my iPhone 13 touchscreen had suddenly stopped working properly and I didn’t know how to force restart it.

They said to me they suspected my screen would need replacing to fix it but as I hadn’t dropped it (there wasn’t even a single scratch on it) I asked whether they could try turning it off before that, and if that didn’t work they could go ahead.

I came back 30 odd minutes later as instructed and was told that turning the phone off hadn’t fixed the issue so they’d replaced the screen.

Flash forward to this weekend, the same problem occurred, but thankfully I had my computer handy. Turns out it’s a common fault and I found out how to force restart my iPhone from the video, and it fixed the issue.

So these people charged me PS150 for a fix I DIDN’T need, and also now have a pristine iPhone screen in their store cupboard to charge the next person that doesn’t know any better. Shame on the lot of them.

Advised well, fixed my phone fuss free. I had a new screen for PS110.00 better than coming out of my contract at the time and to be able to revive some information that wouldn’t transfer any way without fixing. First one didn’t work well but with my receipt they replaced again and fixed the issue. Thank you so much Kat and team
