Dave is extremely professional and generous. One of our technicians had been called to an area outside our normal patch and didn’t have some necessary kit with him. Rather than a long round-trip back to the office, Dave was willing to give us the necessary kit to allow us to service our customer. Co-operation like this is great, and hope we could do the same in return.
Dave was great – identified the issue with my computer quickly and managed to repair it when I was expecting to have to replace a component! Really reasonable pricing, highly recommend this service and will definitely be calling on Dave for any future issues with my computer I might encounter.
