Very unreliable told my mum she could pick my phone up on the Saturday. When my mum got there he was shut and had gone to Wales with no message or anything to say he wasn’t going to be open. Also the first time he had my phone told me you can pick it on Monday to go there and he was closed phone wasn’t ready no nothing also no curtesy message to say I haven’t done it or I’m not there today certainly won’t be going back.
Replaced an iPhone 10 Screen with a cheap + low quality knockoff and replaced the battery with a knockoff without my permission, which is illegal. Avoid this shop as they illegally swap your phone’s parts with cheap replacements.
