From initial phone call to enquire to the welcoming and friendly service received in the shop, cannot fault the quality of service recieved. The lady who dealt with our Dyson issue gave us sound advice and as a result we recieved a PS60 Dyson cleaner head free from Dyson. Superb customer focused service, would highly recommend, but more importantly we got to fuss Holly!
Terrible customer service!! Rudest man in Rugeley. Rip off merchant comes to mind.
For a dying town such as Rugeley people/shops like this does not help.

Took my Dyson01 in this morning. 20 mins after I left the shop I received a text message with details of the fault of and a price for the repair. I agreed the price quoted and later in the day picked up my repaired machine. Could not get better service.
