Excellent service from the staff in the Colchester store, on Friday I had smashed my Samsung S23 ultra screen, I called Saturday morning and was able to take my phone into store to be fixed straight away using genuine parts for Samsung it took 1-2 hours, was pricey but worth the price, you also get a discount when buying a new case and screen protector which was great. Thank you for fixing my phone!

They explained the procedure, including the risks, and then completed the work in double quick time. All this with an air of friendly professionalism. My old phone is now like new!
