Colin recently upgraded my laptop, which I have had for a number of years. It was slow and took ages to start up, but since the upgrade and installation of a new hard drive, it is super quick to start up, and a joy to use again. There was no data lost in the process, and Colin took time to explain to me on the best way to keep my laptop efficient. Colin was very professional, the work was done quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended
