I had some issues regarding my my laptop. The pin from the adaptor broke. I contacted Ash after seeing the business online. Like others I had contacted before (who couldn’t do it immediately), he told me he would try to do it in a simpler way if he could and quoted different prices depending on how serious it might turn out to be. He texted me a little later saying good news, he was able to fix it without having to open it up. (charged the lowest price he quoted) Highly competent, very skilled, honest, trustworthy. A good, decent guy.
I had my laptop damaged and tried to contact many local services to repair it but all of them said there was not much that they could do. But found Ash phone number and he immediately understood the problem. My laptop was repaired in a short period of time and most importantly was fixed perfectly.
