Bought an upgrade for my wife and went to the store so we could pick the phone up and get data transferred between phones. In addition they performed a “good will gesture” and submitted an application for a PS300 Adidas promotion voucher. All we had to do was wait for the voucher to arrive in our email. It never did. Something went wrong. By the time we realised it was too late. There isn’t any traceability to show they did /didn’t do it or where the hell it went. WHAT!? form an IT company! So now they offer me an insulting PS30 voucher for a mistake they made but I can’t prove. I wasted hours of my time to sort out a mistake of theirs! Messed up the complaints procedure too. Now reporting the ombudsmen. I’m PS300 pounds out of pocket because I trusted the staff to do their job with procedures that have no accountability. Great job ladies and gents …NOT!

Called in to this EE shop today to seek help with my wife’s new I Phone 12. All of the staff in the shop were interested , extremely, courteous friendly and helpful . Nothing was too much trouble especially for Kimberly who shared a joke and had a sound knowledge base on the products sold and the complex technology involved . She sorted our phones out effortlessly . There was even small private cubicle type areas with seats and proper social distancing measures in place . We found our visit a pleasant relaxing experience If somebody can find fault with the wonderful customer care in this shop , they need to rethink their own poor outlook and attitude on life

What a wonderful two hours spent with Lisa, Charlotte and Danny in the Scunthorpe EE Store this afternoon. My Mum at 94 was looking to buy a new I-Phone and return two rather old phones. Nothing was too much trouble for any of these lovely people……..so after working out Mums contract, putting her contacts in her new phone and all the other things associated with this process we left very happy. We had made an appointment on line as is suggested and it was an amazing experience. Thanks to them again.
