After calling another repair shop who said they’d need 3 days to replace my phone’s charging port, I went to A&M as my dad recommended it. The lady who works on the front is genuinely wonderful and the vibes in the shop are welcoming and friendly. I went in around 11am, and was told it would be fixed at 1pm the same day. despite them finding water damage on top of the faulty charging port, which they cleaned out, they did not charge more than the original cost of PS35, even after I insisted. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided and would urge anyone to come here to avoid some of the horror stories I’ve heard from repairs at other places.

Brilliant service. I’ve used A&M tech three times (broken screens, faulty charging port, SIM card problems), and have been very impressed with their service, in terms of high quality work, speed of repair, communication, openness and honesty.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable ‘front of house’ and skilled engineer(s) combine to leave you knowing exactly what’s needed or possible.

Yesterday, I took my phone in and it was instantly obvious to them that the fix was far more straightforward than it looked, so I ended up spending PS5 on something I was quoted PS50 for down the road.

Absolute life savers! I accidentally dropped my iPhone and the screen went pitch black. I was absolutely distraught as a lot of extremely important things hadn’t been backed up. I was recommended this place and so dropped my phone off first thing in the morning. I was amazed when it was repaired in just a few hours. The staff are trustworthy and experts in their field. The young lady that works there was so lovely and kindly fitted my new case and screen protector (great value and amazing quality!)
