What an A1 service provided by Richard – Had a major meltdown with a Windows update together with a failing hard drive – As my machine is a business laptop (which obviously I needed to be able to continue working) Richard accepted my late call and within a day had sorted my window issues and upgraded my machine with a super fast SSD to get me back working again. More than happy with his costs, especially when I priced up buying another laptop with similar performance. This laptop has never run so well since he fixed it. I would have no hesitation in using his services again and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs a computer expert who goes well beyond the ‘extra mile’. Thank you Richard.
