After a recent IT issue caused by BT, our overseas IT department tried for 10 days to resolve it but could go no further. Mike visited our site and spent several hours on the phone liasing with both BT technical and also our Company IT technical department in the USA and resolved the issue. He even returned the next morning to make sure we were still up and running and all working as it should. I have used Mike before and Salop Technology and have NO hesitation in recommending them – they are the only company I would consider because of our complicated USA based system.
FIRST TIME I HAD USED THIS BUSISNESS -I phone first thing on a morning as I had a boot drive problem with my Laptop. When in, had to wait as they were dealing with another customer. Point being , they were giving the customer service and I had no trouble waiting, was impressed with what they were doing. My Turn, explained the problem, The lady booted up my Laptop, and within 5 minutes had sorted problem, but ALSO explained what the problem was and how she fixed it. Cost PS15 – Very Impressed with Service and affordability. RECOMMENDED
Just got my old computer back from Salop Technology and it is transformed!! Took it in for a repair and mentioned that it was running very slowly ( 8 year old machine so not surprising). Discussed swapping out the hard disk for a large SSD which was done within a week and boot time has gone from 10 minutes to 35 seconds! Seriously impressive service and at a very reasonable price.
