Terrible customer service. We had a tv that needed repairing , still under guarantee. First time we asked about this, we were told not much they could do.
We went last week again, and decided to buy another tv (PS1150 ) We were helped by Alex, who was very helpful and informative. Also said we could bring the other tv in to get looked into and repaired.
We ordered the new tv with bracket, to be picked up a couple of days later and bring in the tv that needed repairing. Unfortunately the lady who we left the tv with to bv repair made it clear that any question we asked was too much trouble. The manager ? Mark was also quite rude. When I asked where the new tv was that we had ordered he pointed towards the door. I asked for help as my husband is recovering from a broken ankle, he replied that they couldn’t help to put tv in the car, and how would I do this when I got home.
I told him that I thought their customer service was terrible, but he didn’t seem to care. I cancelled my order there and then. Don’t need rude and unhelpful people.
Have spend a lot of money in Curty’s in the past, will definitely look elsewhere now!

Wanted to buy an air fryer so found the one I wanted (two drawer 9.5 Ninja PS180) but was told there was none in the back but there was a lorry waiting to be unloaded with some on. I was told it would be only 10 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting? I had someone to pick up on the industrial estate and told him my name I said I would be back to pick it up and pay. It took me longer than expected and returned ONE HOUR later only to be told they haven’t started to unload and it would be a minimum of another hour at least!
Suffice to say I drove 10 minutes into town and picked the exact item up from Argos?? I will NEVER EVER venture into Curry’s again and will relay my experience to anyone that suggests they may use them…..!

Very disappointed. Staff lack of technical knowledge and ability to demo. No stock website unclear. Unwilling to sell demonstration model. 20 mile round trip for us – offered to get one in store next day……so they could have sold demo model and replaced. Didn’t even offer free delivery to home. Bought elsewhere.
