Got there to buy an item. Found on display, but no price displayed. Came to the till to ask about the price and buy an item. Found out there is no such item in stock but there is “alternative”, however no one could explain the difference. Had to google it myself. No options were offered like order item from different shop or anything else. Customer service horrible. And getting worse year after year. Advisors impossible to find when you need them. Rest of the staff knows nothing and never are helpful or care about a client.
